Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to start your return or exchange request.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items securely in the original shipping box, ensuring all buckets, balls, and flags are included and protected.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid return shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
